All orders from FoxyGeekGirl are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. UK standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, with express options available, and international shipping typically takes 7–14 business days.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking once their order has shipped. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us at foxymediauk@gmail.com and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase from FoxyGeekGirl.
If you’re not completely satisfied, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a full refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
